Honourable David Collenette, Minister of Transport and Minister responsible for the Greater Toronto Area hosted a meeting with some representatives of Indo-Canadian community groups in Toronto area on March 7, 2000. Several topics including immigration policy, India Canada relations, CRTC regulations and policies regarding internet business and web content, gasoline prices, health care policies, educational reforms, recognition of educational qualifications of new immigrants were discussed at this community outreach meeting.
